I love black box. My drink is always consistently delicious and the girlies and boyies behind the counter are always so sweet. I also get the matcha sometimes and it’s also very yummy.

I used to come here 5-6 years ago, the service and quality of drinks are not the same way it used to be. It makes me so sad. The baristas used to welcome you in with a smile, now you have to greet the barista. They used to be so accommodating if you had a drink that you didn’t like, now they charge you if you ask them to make it sweeter. It makes me so sad because this place used to be a gem. The beautiful art, people, and drinks. Now it’s washed out and lost its essence. The art isn’t fun to look at anymore. The employees aren’t happy to serve the people, and the drinks have lost their speciality. I’m more heartbroken than upset at my experience today.

They make the creamiest latte here. Not sure if it is their technique or the milk they use but it is very good. Let me know if I am wrong. Sweets and bake goods are different everyday. Great coffee with friendly staffs. Plenty of art works to enjoy too

Coffee: Excellent. Sweets made in-house: Divine. Staff: Terrific Since they've opened, this coffee house has restored my faith in humanity on more than one occasion. The owners and staff work hard to curate a warm, welcoming environment and you'll often see grace in action as they show the same care to all of our community members, fortunate or less so. The seasonal lattes are my favorite, but the staff are so knowledgeable about the offerings, they'll be happy to steer you toward your new vice. I adore that they center regional artisans and talent, working to build a true third space to house like minds. It's no small feat to run a small business these days. Blackbox is a glowing example of getting it just right. I look forward to my visits back each year, seeing just how much they've grown.

Was a cool little coffee place. Loved the art and set up. It wasn’t to busy when we went so we were able to get our coffee and get out pretty quickly which was good cause I was headed to my nieces birthday party. Service was pretty good, could of had a little more energy or music but the coffee made up for it. I just got a nice hot mocha with some Carmel and they did not have the toffee :/ still satisfied tho just don’t know if I would go out of my way with all these other cool coffee places in the area.
